Alternatively you can If you need to make a complaint, we will acknowledge it within 5 working days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can ask for your case to be reviewed by the Head of Customer Relations who will make sure that we have handled your complaint fairly and reasonably. We will investigate your complaint immediately. If you have not received a response within 8 weeks, you are entitled to contact the Financial Ombudsman service. It is very rare that we can`t settle a complaint, but if this does happen, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
